Eligibility
Sex/Gender
Male
Age
40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Blood prostate specific antigen 4-20ng/ml; 2) DRE or imaging abnormalities at any PSA level; 3) Aged more than 40 years old and less than 80 years old; 4) No other history of cancer; 5) No history of prostate surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) There is a recent history of urinary tract infection or invasive urethral operation (urethral catheterization, cystoscopy, etc.); 2) Age <40 years old and abnormal imaging; 3) Imaging diagnosis is highly suspected of non-prostate cancer (eg, rhabdomyosarcoma, etc.).
