Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy lactating mother, who is breastfeeding or mixed feeding currently; (2) Han, <45 years old; (3) lactating mothers who neither take DHA supplements nor special diet habits; (4) all subjects who take part in the trial should volunteer to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those who are not in conformity with the above criteria; (2) patients with diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, liver and kidney diseases, obesity and other organ diseases; (3) those who had mastitis during the lactation period; (4) people whose basic information is incomplete.
