Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A total of 280 hospitalized patients in our hospital were selected. The number of 140 patients with diabetic retinopathy were diagnosed by fundus ophthalmoscope and fluorescein sodium fundus angiography, and 140 patients were not with diabetic retinopathy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: There are other major diseases such as autoimmune diseases, acute infectious diseases, acute diabetic complications, primary renal diseases, kidney stones, other major diseases such as primary or secondary fundus. Patients who had intervened in cognitive functional drugs; patients with previous cerebral apoplexy or hemorrhagic stroke; psychotic disorders requiring long-term medication for mental state intervention; patients with abnormal liver and kidney metabolic abnormalities; perennial alcoholism and abuse of toxic hemp drugs; low educational level, Patients who do not have basic cognitive ability (Wen Mang).
