Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 55-80 years old; 2. PD group.Patients of this group meet the 2016 PD diagnostic criteria made by MDS; 3. Cardiac disease group: (LVEF)<40%, severe arrythmia, Coronary stenosis of more than 50%, history of angina pectoris of myocardial infarction; 4. participants know the aim of this research and signed informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with secondary Parkinson's disease or Parkinson plus syndrome; 2. patients with salivery diseases; 3. patients with severe pulmonary, liver, renal, immuno or hematological diseases; 4. patients with endocrine-metabolic diseases; 5. patients with PD and cardiac diseases; 6. patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychotic diseases or drug abuse.
