Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 80 years old; 2. AF lasting 7 days to 5 years; 3. Agree and sign informed consent; 4. Patients must be willing and able to comply with all peri-ablation and follow-up requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Paroxysmal AF (AF lasting 55mm (2D echocardiography, long axis view beside sternum); 7. Contra-indication to heparin or oral anticoagulant therapy; 8. Creatinine clearance <30ml/min; 9. Pregnant women.
