Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic severe vulgaris psoriasis for at least 6 months; 2. Aged 18 -75 years old male and female; women with the ability to get pregnant are willing to use contraception during clinical study; 3. Negative in Hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg), hepatitis C virus antibody (anti -HCV), human immunodeficiency virus type HIV1+2 antibody (anti -HIV) and Treponema pallidum antibody (anti -TP); 4. Written informed consent must be obtained before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has other form of psoriasis (eg, erythrodermic, arthropathica, or pustular); 2. Has other skin disease that will affect consequences; 3. Patients suffering from serious infectious diseases; 4. Use of ultraviolet A light (UVA)/UVB phototherapy within the last 2 weeks (if these have used them, the participant needs to wash off of them for at least 2 weeks after signing consent prior to baseline); 5. Use of topical treatments for psoriasis, including steroids, vitamin D derivatives, vitamin A derivatives, salicylic acid, tar (except moisturizers) and oral medication within the last 1 month (if these have used them, the participant needs to wash off of them for at least 1 month after signing consent prior to baseline); 6. Use of biologic agents for psoriasis within last 2 months (if these have used them, the participant needs to wash off of them for at least 2 months after signing consent prior to baseline); 7. Use of local medication for psoriasis within last 2 weeks (if these have used them, the participant needs to wash off of them for at least 2 weeks after signing consent prior to baseline); 8. Use of antibiotics within 1 week (if these have used them, the participant needs to wash off of them for at least 1 week after signing consent prior to baseline); 9. Pregnant women, ready to pregnant or lactating women; 10. Have a serious heart, lung, kidney and other vital organs and endocrine system lesions and the history; 11. Patients suffering from malignant tumor; 12. Patients who attend other clinical trail; 13. Mental disorders, history of alcohol abuse, drug or other substance abuse; 14. Other cases which researchers believe that can not be included.
