Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 1 and 12 yr of age, ASA I and II, undergoing electric bronchoscopy examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity (body = 30% standard body weighty); fever (temperature=38.5 degree C); acute or chronic upper airway disease; patient be suspected with difficult airway; asthma and congenital heart disease at risk of gastric aspiration (gastroesophageal reflux disease), and with contraindication to LMA.
