25 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 20 to 75 years old; (2) With arm spasticity as a consequence of ischaemic or haemorrhagic stroke in the left cerebral hemisphere diagnosed by CT scan or MRI; (3) 2 week to 12 month after onset; (4) Don't have contraindications of magnetic stimuli and MRI examination such as built-in metal or ceramic teeth and , no medical history of epilepsy; (5) Chinese native speakers; (6) right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disturbance of consciousness; 2. Serious comprehension obstacles 3. Multiple cerebrovascular diseases or other severe cardiopulmonary complications; 4. Poor compliance
