Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnostic criteria for Chinese and Western medicine in accordance with spleen deficiency and dampness PCOS; (2) Aged 20-45 years old; (3) normal liver and kidney function; (4) To understand and voluntarily join the trial and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Adrenal, thyroid, pituitary and other endocrine dysfunction patients, such as adrenal hyperplasia, adrenal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, pituitary tumor, diabetes, etc.; (2) Patients with severe chronic wasting diseases such as heart, liver and kidney; (3) Nerve and mental diseases; hematological patients; acute genitourinary system inflammation; (4) Patients with reproductive system tumors and genital organic diseases; (5) taking contraceptives or other hormone-containing drugs within 3 months; (6) physiological menstruation and amenorrhea; (7) Patients whose compliance is crossed.
