Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or women with osteoarthritis of the knee meet the diagnostic standard OA of the knee (unilateral or bilateral); 2. Kellgren-Lawrence (radiologic criterion) grade of 1 or 3; 3. visual analogue scale (VAS) 4 to 8 by walking 24 hours; 4. Aged 40 to 80 years; 5. The informed consent form was signed by the subject or legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee surgery in the past 12 months, knee joint replacement or high tibial osteotomy on the affected side; 2. complicated with any other rheumatic disease (eg, spondyloarthropathies, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus); 3. with systemic metabolic condition or endocrinopathy affecting bone or cartilage; 4. with history of severe, uncontrolled renal, hepatic, haematological, gastrointestinal, metabolic, endocrine, pulmonary, cardiac, neurological or another disease; 5. Patients who was included in other clinical trials that would affect the evaluation results of this study.
