Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female aged more than 18 years old; 2. Local resident living in Guangdong for more than 10 years; 3. Agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 18 years old or more than 80 years old; 2. Non-Guangdong local resident or living in Guangdong province less than 10 years; 3. With serious diseases; 4. Under immunosuppression; 5. The participant do not agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
