Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient was admitted to ICU in the fourth hospital of Hebei Medical University. When entering ICU, the patients with AKI 2 and AKI 3 phases conformed to the KDIGO guidelines. Patients with AKI underwent continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age is less than 18 years old. In the period of pregnancy. ICU hospitalization time was less than 3 days. Suspected or confirmed chronic renal insufficiency (basal creatinine > 1.4mg/dl, eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73m2). Intraperitoneal hypertension (IAH). Diuretics and other drugs were applied within 4 hours before taking urine or blood samples for a long time. Blood purification treatment has been carried out before collection of specimens.
