Interventions

Axial Length =30:Perform a sclerotic puncture 2 mm before ora serrata for vitrectomy
30>Axial Length =26:Perform a sclerotic puncture 2 mm before ora serrata for vitrectomy
Axial Length <26 :Perform a sclerotic puncture 3.5-4 mm posterior to the limbus

20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 20-90 years old male and female, the single eye is not restricted; 2) No history of intraocular surgery; 3) The clinical diagnosis are ultra high myopia, high myopia, macular disease of the fundus (macular split, macular hole, macular anterior membrane, macular hemorrhage, macular retinal detachment, macular neovascularization, ocular trauma, and other serious ocular fundus complications); 4) The distance from the limbus to the ora serrata is measured at 10 O'clock and 2 O'clock; 5) Vitrectomy; 6) Volunteer to participate in this clinical trial and sign informed consent; 7) To be able to follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Failure to comply with research or researchers believe that he/she can not complete this research; 2) Systemic diseases may seriously affect treatment, assessment, or compliance with research programs, including heart failure, respiratory failure, neurological or mental diseases (including alcohol or drug abuse), blood system diseases (blood clotting dysfunction), immune system diseases (such as AIDS), infectious diseases (such as syphilis), Malignant tumor or organ transplantation; 3) The history of vitrectomy (eye or non eye) or orbital surgery; orbital deformity, ocular trauma, ocular uveitis, anterior chamber inflammation, keratitis, corneal degeneration.
