Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Non-pregnant female: Aged=18 years old. First-trimester pregnancy female: 1. Aged=18 years old; 2. gestational age =12 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who had taken antibiotics or antifungal drugs in the past 30 days; 2. who used douches, had vagina or cervical treatments in 72 h to sample collection; 3. Who had sexual intercourse in 48 h; 4. who with any acute inflammation, cancer, endocrine or autoimmune disorders were excluded from the study.
