Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) No history of dementia before stroke or other mental and nervous system diseases at present; (2) No other disease that may affect cognitive function at present; (3) No history of alcohol or drug abuse; (4) No serious aphasia or other may affect the functional impairment of communication in cognitive training.On the other hand, 40 cases of the health subjects were recruited through advertising. Inclusion criteria included: right hand, age, sex and education level were matched with patients group, no significant body disease/craniocerebral trauma/ neuropsychiatric history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) More than 75 years of age; (2) Detinite dementia history before stroke or other diseases that may affect cognitive function (such as hydrocephalus); (3) Inability to cooperate with 8 weeks of rehabilitation training; (4) Severe limb dysfunction caused by stroke and cannot take care of themselves in daily life.
