18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) relationship between allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation of healthy donors; 2) aged 18-55 years; 3) weight 50-100Kg; 4) normal heart function; 5) normal liver and kidney function; 6) hepatitis index examination negative; 7) detection of cytomegalovirus negative; 8) normal ECG; 9) ultrasound of abdomen, chest normal; 10) Voluntary participants, informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Uncontrolled active infection; 2) unrelated allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 3) HIV antibody, syphilis antibody positive; 4) with allergic diseases or allergies, or of the goods or other genetically engineered Escherichia coli derived from biological products allergy; 5) serious spirit or nervous system disorders, effects of informed consent and/or adverse reaction statement or observation; 6) in lactation.
