18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient over 18 years old and under 80 years old; 2. elective pancreaticoduodenectomy surgery; 3. BMI between 18.5-25Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative continuous infection 2. Inflammatory bowel disease 3. End-stage liver function or renal failure; 4. Gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Hematological diseases; 6. Systemic immune diseases; 7. Patients who refused to join the study.
