Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Men or women older than 18 years of age; 2) Cooking for lunch and dinner by oneself; 3) having the ability to follow trial criteria using iodine and noniodized salt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 2) History of thyroid cancer; 3) History of autoimmune thyroid disease; 4) History of other autoimmune diseases; 5) having severe heart, blood, mental and neurological disorders, and others progressive diseases.
