18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients in surgical ICU, aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients admit to ICU >48h after thoracic and abdominal surgery; 3. Freely given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse into the group or drop out; 2. With immunodeficiency or organ transplantation; 3. With autoimmune disease; 4. Recently received immunotherapy; 5. With infection before surgery; 6. After splenectomy; 7. With hematological system diseases; 8. With malignant tumor in phase iii or iv and cannot be cured radical surgery; 9. Blood purification has been done before surgery.
