Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 85 years; 2. Conforms to Western medical diagnostic criteria for idiopathic membranous nephropathy; 3. Consistent with the deficiency of spleen and kidney in Chinese medicine and the diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome; 4. Sign informed consent and are willing to complete the full treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. 24-hour urinary protein quantification> 8g/d and serum creatinine> 3mg/dl (265.2umol/L); 2. The use of ACEI/ARB contraindications: renal artery stenosis, hyperkalemia, solitary kidney, etc.; 3. Hormone, immunosuppressant and/or Tripterygium glycoside tablets have been applied in the past 3 months, or hormones, immunosuppressants and/or Tripterygium glycoside tablets are to be applied during the observation period; Acute complications of nephrotic syndrome: infection, severe malnutrition, acute renal failure, thromboembolic diseases; 4. Combining serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver or hematopoietic system, malignant tumors, and psychosis; 5. Allergies or allergies to multiple drugs; 6. Pregnancy and lactation women; 7. Request to take other Chinese Herbal Pieces or proprietary Chinese medicines during the observation period.
