Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Vocal polyp group: Patients diagnosed as vocal polyp by laryngoscopy,have a vocal cord polyp resection.Patients volunteered for this study and signed informed consent. None vocal polyp group: Patients have the laryngoscopy examination shows no vocal polyp.Patients volunteered for this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have a history of chronic disease,such as asthma or neurological disease; 2) have a history of malignancy; 3) can not complete the study for any reason, such as language comprehension disorders, mental illness or can not tolerate the test; 4) have a history of taking antiacid drugs or prokinetic agent a week before the test.
