2:the acupuncture in true ST36 or sham acupoint with different coins
3:true scalp acupuncture and sham scalp acupuncture

20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) right handedness; (2) aged 20-40 years; (3) female:male = 1:1; (4) without medicine or acupuncture therapy in one month; (5) understand the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) left handedness; (2) with chronic diseases history (such as hypertension, diabetes); (3) with medicine or acupuncture therapy in one month; (4) fear about acupuncture; (5) can't understand the informed consent alone; (6) refuse to sign the informed consent; (7) have contradictions for MR examination; (8) pregnant female.
