Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All pregnant women admitted in Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University; (2) Ability and willingness to sign an inform consent form after fully understanding the therapeutic strategy and potential risks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women known to have intrauterine fetal demise; (2) Refusing to sign an inform consent form after fully understanding the therapeutic strategy and potential risks.
