Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women were laparoscopically and histopathologically confirmed endometriosis. The staging was based on the revised American Fertility Society scoring system; aged 20-40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusive criteria were as follows: PCOS, adenomyosis, RSA, autoimmune disorder, infection and inflammatory diseases, pharmacological treatment which might affect immune system and hormonal therapy for at least 6 months prior to the study.
