Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of PD was made by experienced neurologists using the Movement Disorder Society Clinical Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's disease; 2. Aged 45-65 years; 3. Right-handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria included atypical parkinsonism, other neurologic or psychiatric disorders, history of stroke or dementia, neuroleptic medication, and general exclusion criteria for MR scanning.
