Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with cesarean section from October 2014 to January 2015 in Peking University Third Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parturient refuses to accept such treated blood; 2. Contaminated blood: cavity organs rupture, infection wound, bacteremia, septicaemia; 3. A large number of hemolytic erythrocytes were destroyed and no recovery was worth.
