Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 1-6y, ASAI-II, male children; (2) elective pediatric inguinal and perineal surgery. (3) BMI 18.5 ~ 23.9; (4) sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) emergency operation; (2) local infection; (3) bleeding tendency; (4) congenital spina bifida and other abnormalities; (5) nervous system disease; (6) severe liver, kidney, lung and heart disease. (7) the parents refused to sign the informed consent.
