18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-45 years old, meet the DSM-V diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder; no history of electroconvulsive therapy; Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) 17 scores> 17 points; voluntary participation and research and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. bipolar disorder; 2. comorbid serious physical or other mental disorders such as schizophrenia; 3. pregnancies or breast-feeders who are in the period of abnormal sex hormone secretion; 4. known alcoholism, strong tea, espresso, etc. and sedation Hypnotic drug dependents.
