18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-70 years male and female; 2) to meet the criteria of clinical diagnosis of Meniere's disease.; 3) the subjects can understand the purpose of the study, showtheir sufficient compliance with the research plan, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) subjects with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or organ failure; 2) combined with severe neck and lumbar disease, fracture and craniocerebral trauma; 3) avoid the vestibular function detection with acute vertigo; 4) oral application of excitatory or inhibitory drugs such as diazepam, vestibular inhibitor in a week, drinking and coffee the day before; 5) other patients with vertigo, severe mental disorders, lactating women or pregnant women.
