Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged ranged from 18 to 80 years; 2. BMI ranged from 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m2 [Body Mass Index (BMI) = Weight (Kg)/ Height2 (m2); 3. Never smoking; 4. Engaging in general physical labor, no occupational exposure to harmful gases or dust, and no serious air pollution in work and living environment; 5. Native place and birthplace in the corresponding area; 6. No history of systemic diseases such as cardiovascular, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and the history of respiratory systemic were absent included asthma, tuberculosis, pleuritis, chronic bronchitis. Physicochemical examinations were normal included electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, blood, urine, fecal routine and function of liver and kidney, electrolyte, blood glucose, and SaO2; 7. Respiratory symptoms such as cough, expectoration and shortness of breath had not occurred. There was no history of upper and lower respiratory tract infection in the past 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease; 2. Patients with servious chronic disease; 3. Pregnant and breast-feeding women; 4. Thoracic spinal deformity; 5. Patients with severe dementia can't cooperate with the examiners, or with epilepsy being treated by medication and using ? blocking agents (including eye drops) due to various reasons; 6. Long term occupational exposure to toxic and harmful substances, and serious air pollution in residential environment; 7. Unsigned informed consent.
