Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Orthopaedic elective surgery, has been clearly diagnosed as cervical spondylosis, thoracic spinal stenosis, thoracic fractures, thoracic spinal tuberculosis, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis patients; 2. lumbar surgery are the posterior approach; 3. aged ? 18 years old, with clear consciousness, able to communicate language, correctly express ideas and feelings; 4. without any gastrointestinal surgery before surgery, gastrointestinal function is normal; 5. normal stool function before surgery; 6 can enter the diet; Symptoms and Other Important Organ Lesions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with spinal cord injury associated with paraplegia; patients with other severe complications; patients with a history of gastritis and constipation; patients with mental illness.
