Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 and 24 hours or more acute heart failure (the degree of acute heart failure clinical bedside class II to IV patients), and ejection fraction < 40% (except of mitral valve of regurgitation), plasma b-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) level or higher 400 pg/ml or N terminal b-type natriuretic peptide (NT - proBNP) levels of 2000 pg/ml or more patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) symptomatic hypotension, systolic blood pressure, 95 MMHG or less; (2) hyperkalemia (potassium > 5.4 tendency/L); (3) severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 ml/min / 1.73 m2); (4) the severe liver function damage (Child - Pugh, C); (5) when ever accept ACEI inhibitors or ARB angioedema or unacceptable side effects; (6) severe anemia; (7) pregnancy, breast-feeding, or preparation of pregnancy women; (8) cognitive impairment.
