16 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Maxillofacial bone defect patients between 16 to 60 years old, without gender limit; 2. The maxillofacial bone defect should be caused by severe periodontitis, cleft lip and palate or alveolar cleft; 3. No systemic disease; 4. No unhealthy living habit; 5. The patients must be informed and agreed with this experiment with signing Informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient has participated in other clinical experiment in four weeks before the initiation of our experiment; 2. Using or once long term used bisphosphonates; 3. Using aspirin in nearly 5 days; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Failed to meet the age requirement; 6. Systemic disease or abnormal renal and liver function.
