Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cerebral infarction who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (according to the "Cerebrovascular Atherosclerosis" diagnostic criteria in the 2010 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebral Vascular Disease and confirmed by neuroimaging such as CT or MRI); (2) Onset time = 3 months; (3) 30 points <MBI <60 points; (4) Age = 18 years old, educational level elementary school and above; (5) Patients are conscious and have stable vital signs; (6) The patient himself signed or his immediate family members signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) cognitive dysfunction, that is, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score = 25 points; (2) There are communication obstacles; (3) Obvious depression, Hamilton Depression Scale score greater than 7 points; (4) The researcher who cannot cooperate with or cannot tolerate the test is not suitable for clinical trials.
