Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No.1 Hospital of Peking University, 60 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, the age of 20-59 years old; 2. evaluates health screening criteria through health and sports risk assessment; 3. voluntarily signed the letter of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes, other causes of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemic coma. In the past 1 months, diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic hyperosmolar coma. 2. Patients with various acute and chronic infectious diseases; 3. has obvious abnormal liver and kidney function or people with malignant tumor. 4. pregnant women and breast-feeding women, allergic patients; 5. has severe heart disease, such as malignant arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, heart failure, or after major cardiac surgery. 6. has a history of mental illness; 7. does not collaborate (refers to the inability to tolerate exercise, does not control diet and medication and affects the curative effect).
