50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteriaof MCI; 2) The score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA) less than 26, and if the years of education were less than 12 years, the score should be added 1 score; 3) Aged 50 to 75 years; 4) Not engaged in regular exercise in the last six months (i.e., at least 3 times a week, 20 minutes of various forms of regular exercise); 5) Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg after medication); 2) Have a history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3) Cognitive impairment caused by depression, the score of Beck Depression Scale is more than 10 points; 4) Other causes such as drugs, poisoning, cerebrovascular diseases caused by cognitive impairment; 5) Having a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or suffering from severe aphasia, audiovisual impairment, or severe organ failure (such as severe heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure, renal failure, etc.)History of coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal system diseases (such as myasthenia gravis, congenital myotonia, fractures, suppurative arthritis, etc.) and other motor contraindications (such as unstable angina pectoris, aortic stenosis, etc.),Acute systemic infection, etc.; 6) Participants in other research trials that are participating in and influencing the results of this study.
