56 Years to 73 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient aged 56 to 73 years; 2. Symptoms and signs of the patient: low back pain or lower limb radiative pain, muscle strength and/or abnormal sensation; 3. CT and/or MRI indicated that the segmental segment was unilateral in L4-5 or L5-S1; 4. The patients received the conservative treatment effect from 3 to 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cauda equina syndrome leads to patients with complete urinary dysfunction; 2. Central spinal canal stenosis; 3. The lumbar dynamic position tablet indicates lumbar spondylolisthesis or instability in the operative segment; 4. There are spinal deformity, spinal fracture, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal tuberculosis, spinal infection, and spinal tumor; 5. Patients with symptoms of cervical spondylosis; 6. Coagulation dysfunction, abnormal mental behavior, etc.
