60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) single side closed fresh fractures of the age of 60 years old and above, all of which were the unilateral dorsal injury of the distal radius of the radius; (2) no history of hand trauma surgery; (3) control of basic diseases; (4) unilateral injury and voluntary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the history of old fractures of the wrist, congenital malformations and arthritis of the wrist; (2) combined with the severe injury of the forearm soft tissue; (3) open fracture; (4) those with dysfunction before fracture; (5) poor general condition; (6) poor basic disease control; (7) pathological fracture; (8) patients participating in other clinical trials; (9) the researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
