20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Right handedness, aged 20-60 years old; clear evidence of disc herniation proved by MRI; exist chronic low-back pain for more than 3 months; VAS =30/100; ODI =20%; without therapy before this time at least one month; understand this reserch and sign the informed consent; without the contradictions of MR examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: others chronic pain history; exist systematic diseases; brain trauma or coma history; mental diseases; mild and more mild depression; previous spinal surgery or trauma or tumors.
