Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. TCT imply LSIL or HSIL; 2. HPV positive or negative; 3. colposcopy: adequate, 1-2 transformation zone, lesions completely outside the cervix; 4. cervical biopsy pathology: CIN2-CIN3, ECC no abnormalities; 5. Patients desire fertility and strongly claim conservative treatment; 6. Patient had no fertility requirements but refused to undergo conization; 7. Patient had complete and full informed consent and fully understood the risks and benefits of the treatment; 8. Married patients must have informed consent of their husbands, and the unmarried patients must have informed consent of their father or mother or other authorized persons.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. TCT results is cancerous, abnormal glandular cells; 2. Incomplete colposcopy, type 3 transformation zone, part or all of the lesion within the cervical canal; 3. Cervical biopsy pathology: CIN2-CIN3, but ECC suggestive of high-grade cervical lesions; 4. The patient is pregnant, or suffor with immune disease, after organ transplantation, or other organ malignancy, combined with uterine and/or accessory lesions; 5. patients can not follow-up.
