18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification I-II, male and female, Hb greater than 60g/l, laparoscopic surgery; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years old, without severe hearing or visual impairment, and has the ability to read; 3. No history of related systemic diseases; 4. Under general anesthesia, the operation time of the tumor is more than 2 hours; 5. Or the client agrees to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this experiment; 2. Previous depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's history, or myasthenia gravis; 3. Preoperative assessment is not complete due to severe dementia, language impairment, coma, terminal illness, etc. 4. Emergency surgery; 5. Cardiac function level 3, or severe renal impairment (renal replacement therapy) severe liver function damage (Child - P 'class C); 6. Previous history of brain surgery; 7. Preoperative MMSE<24; 8. Intraoperative hemodynamic instability (mean arterial pressure and a few lines with a floating range of more than 25% for 3 min.
