Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed RA patients; Select patients from the outpatient department and ward of Tianjin First Central Hospital; Aged = 18 years old; Weight does not exceed 20% of ideal body weight, ideal body weight (kg) = height (cm) -105; Complies with the RA classification criteria revised by ACR in 1987 or RA classification standards issued by ACR/EULAR in 2009

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incorporation of other rheumatic diseases; 2. Allergies or intolerance to research medications; 3. Combined tuberculosis, viral hepatitis or other infectious diseases; 4. Psychiatric disorders.
