18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be diagnosed as myelodysplastic syndromes according to WHO classification system ; 2. Patients must be more than 18 years old and less than 75 years old; 3. Bone marrow blast cell count of patients must be less than 5%, and peripheral blood neutrophils of patients must be more than 0.5 × 10^9/L, and peripheral blood platelets of patients must be more than 20 × 10^9/L, and without severe bleeding and fever; 4. Patients must be without serious complication of heart and liver kidney; 5. Patients must have no other clinical studies participating.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have one of the following conditions: allergic to indigo or realgar; pregnant or breast-feeding women; strong demand for fertility; mental disorders.
