Inclusion criteria: 1,American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ? or ? ; 2,video-assisted sin-gle pulmonary lobectomy ; 3,55-75 years ,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1) the operative side had undergone thoracotomy or had the disease of pleura damaged, such as pleural peeling before operation. 2) anaphylaxis allergy 3) patients with a history of spinal surgery; 4) severe cardiovascular disease, chronic pain history and mental disorders. 5) puncture site with infection; 6) coagulation dysfunction;
