Interventions

standard dosage group:caffeine treatment with loading dose of 20mg/kg, and maintenance dose of 5-10mg/kg
high dosage group:In case of standard regimen not works, the maintenance was increased to 20mg/kg.dose

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. preterm with gestation age of equal to and lower than 34weeks; 2. recurrent episodes of apnoea=4 times in 24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following condition were excluded, including: anemia, severe infections, severe asphyxia, grade III-IV intracranial hemorrhage, neonatal convulsion, obstructive apnea, severe gastroesophageal reflux, arrhythmia and mechanical ventilation has been used when patient is assessed(including nCPAP, NIPPV and NHFOV noninvasive ventilation).
