Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study on peripancreatic necrosis of early acute pancreatitis based on IVIM: 1. It is in line with the international diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis according to the revised Atlanta classification; 2. There is peripancreatic collection 3. Abdominal MRI with DWI imagings was performed within the first week after onset; 4. The second imaging examination (including MRI or CT) was performed after the first week of onset or there were the pathological findings. Study on proteomic analysis of different subtypes of early acute pancreatitis: 1. It is in line with the international diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis according to the revised Atlanta classification; 2.Abdominal imagings was performed within the first week after onset.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute pancreatitis caused by pancreatic tumors; 2. Postabdominal and retroperitoneal neoplastic, infectious and hemorrhagic diseases; 3. Combined with chronic liver disease, hypoalbuminemia and the underlying disease that may cause peritoneal effusion; 4. Image display is not clear due to excessive motion artifact; 5. History of chronic pancreatitis.
