Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the patients unergoing cardiac surgery in beijing chaoyang hospital over 60 years old, preoperative MMSE score is greater than 22

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: illieracy,neuropathy,depression,communication disoerders.
