Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compatible with the diagnosis of PCOS-IR; 2. Aged from 18 years to 45 years; 3. No use drugs before recruiting; 4. Volunteered to participate in the clinical study; None of the above nonconformities is included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant or lactating women; 2. PCOS women with cardiovascular, liver or kidney disease; patients who may have tumors; 3. G6PD deficiency; 4 BMI<18kg/m2; 5. the patients take hormones or drugs which affect the secretion of insulin in nearly three months; 6. Take berberine or metformin allergy ,abuse drugs or alcohol; 7. poor compliance.
