Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hong Kong Chinese residents; 2. needed to receive psychiatric treatment; 3. aged 18-65 years; 4. Able to give written consent and speak and read Chinese language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient will be excluded if they are documented to have mentally retarded or having visual, hearing and communication difficulties.
