Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects were treated for the first time (or had not received antineoplastic therapy for at least 6 months); Patients have a clear pathological diagnosis; The patient was diagnosed with primary ESCC; Aged =18 years old; ECOG score = 2 points; Patients and their families agreed and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical esophageal cancer patients; Patients with a history of other parts of malignancy; Patients with a second primary malignancy; Patients with a history of skin diseases; The patient suffers from a severe vascular lesion, such as vasculitis.
